(For people with Multiple Sclerosis and their carers)

MS Mondays opens its doors every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) to people with MS and their carers at Joiners Square Community Hall, Hanley. We meet socially and enjoy the varied activities on offer each week.

The main emphasis has always been on exercise and the pieces of equipment we have enable even the most physically challenged to get some benefit. (click on Exercise to see what is available)

Other activities and therapies are ongoing throughout the meetings and include glass painting, water colour painting, bar skittles, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki.

A manicurist, a beautician and a hairdresser also visit regularly, so please refer to weekly programme for exact times.

Please note (Some handicrafts and treatments do incur a charge)
