| Aromatherapy |
 |
|
| Aromatherapy is the systematic use of certain plant oils
known as essential oils for the treatment or prevention of disease. It is a
form of complementary therapy designed to treat the whole person by
assisting the body’s natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain
itself.
Essential oils consist of tiny aromatic molecules that are readily
absorbed via the skin, and while breathing they enter the lungs. These
therapeutic constituents next enter the bloodstream and are carried around
the body where they can deliver their beneficial healing powers. Because
they are highly concentrated, only a small quantity of essential oil is
required to bring about results.
The soothing combination of beautiful, aromas and massage, work to
regulate, balance, heal and maintain your entire being by working with
nature, and not against it.
Aromatherapy is a natural and pleasurable way to find tranquillity,
restore vitality and enhance our aesthetic sense of harmony.

| Reflexology |
 |
|
| Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the
feet and hands utilising specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without
the use of oils, cream or lotion, based on a system of zones and reflex
areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise
that such work effects a physical change in the body.
The specific techniques of reflexology have been shown to to be effective
and beneficial in many ways.
It creates a feeling of relaxation the moment the reflexologist`s hands start
their work.
In general terms the benefits of reflexology have to do with the reduction
of stress. Because the feet and hands help set the tension level for the
rest of the body, they are an easy way to interrupt the stress signal and
reset homeostasis, the body's equilibrium.
